Due to an unexpected processing delay, Zapier experienced a brief outage on July 9, 2021 from 4:40 p.m. — 5:50 p.m. UTC. During this time some Zaps were delayed temporarily, and some Zaps were not triggered and will not appear in your Zap history.

Zaps that were delayed temporarily have been replayed, and can be viewed in your Zap history.
Some Zaps that rely on an instant trigger did not run at all, and unfortunately these Zaps will not appear in your Zap history. The best way to identify if your Zaps were impacted is to check your Zap history for any unexpected gaps during this timeframe.

Options to manually import data

If some of your Zaps did not run as expected due to this outage, you can use a Google Sheet to manually import data from one app to another.

What we’ve done to fix this

We’ve identified the source of the issue, and it has now been resolved. All Zaps are now running as expected. Zaps that were delayed temporarily during this outage have been replayed.
